The Chicago Storm is a proud member of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) since 2004. The MISL is an international league comprised of nine teams in the United States and Mexico, featuring the finest indoor soccer players from around the world.
An MISL game is four quarters of high scoring, physical, non-stop excitement, combining the creative dribbling, pinpoint passing and acrobatic goalkeeping of soccer, the two and three-point scoring system of basketball played on a hockey rink sized field on artificial turf. Consisting of five field players and a goalie per side, teams utilize the walls and plexiglass for passing and shooting, change lines on the fly and take advantage of power plays, making every minute action packed.

Hours
before a Chicago Storm game, a unique energy fills the Sears Centre
Arena. The building comes alive as local club teams, groups and the
Storm’s Developmental Team, Tormenta de Chicago take to the turf.
As game time nears, the concourse turns electric as fans enjoy live
entertainment, giveaways and interactive displays. Then suddenly,
the stadium goes dark, a fog starts to roll onto the field and in
between the flashes of lightning, the perennial playoff contender,
the Chicago Storm is introduced to thunderous applause.
From the first kick, fans are treated to the high intensity excitement of a Storm team that has made the MISL Championship Series Semifinals in each of the last two seasons. Even when there’s a break in the action, fans are glued to their seats as they experience an exciting promotion, laugh at the antics of the Storm’s mascot Striker or check out Chicago’s hottest dance team, the Storm Chasers. After the final horn sounds, the action continues with concerts, autograph sessions and post-game team party.
