This year we celebrate “Hooray for Hollywood” at the 2010 Spirit Spectacular Cheer & Poms Competition.
The Illinois Recreational Cheerleading Association, in cooperation with the Schaumburg Athletic Association, is proud to present this Cheer & Pom Competition for Kindergarten through 8th Grade Athletes .
This competition is a qualifying event for the Illinois Recreational Cheerleading Association’s State Championship to be held December 4 and 5 at the Sears Centre Arena.
Last year, over 3,500 athletes performed cheerleading and pom routines, and 11,000 spectators came to watch this fast-paced event. Two cheerleading floors are set up, with non-stop performances throughout the day. The action is fast-paced to keep the audience “captivated” by our talented athletes!
This year’s event will be bigger and better than before, so come join us as Hollywood comes to the Sears Centre!
Admission is $7.00 at the door, and children ages 3 and under are free. There is no charge for parking.
