- Bartender
Employee will follow Levy Restaurants standard steps of service while following responsible alcohol serving policies, employee will know and be able to describe food and beverage menus, will establish rapport with guests/members and use suggestive and up selling techniques. - Club Bar Lead
In support of the venue’s Concession Team, employee will maintain service areas within his/her region, employee will ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, will follow Levy guidelines as stated in employee training manual and handbook, will follow proper reconciliation procedures using internal POS (Point of Sale) system, will follow responsible alcohol service policies and accurately use POS system, and will ensure all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities are completed. - Club Bar Supervisor
Assist the Director of Concession with operational planning to ensure proper staffing for every event. Assistance in conducting inventories and make sure there are adequate supplies on hand of food, beverage and paper goods and place orders as needed to service each show. Ensures all Levy employees adhere to the responsible service of alcohol on a daily basis. - Concession Stand Cashier
In support of the venue’s Concession Stands, employee’s will service and interact with guest the guests, follow responsible alcohol service policies, accurately use POS (Point of Sale) system, and thoroughly complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities. Comply with cash handling procedures and responsible service of alcohol as set forth by Levy Restaurants. - Concession Stand Lead

In support of the venue’s Concession Team, employee will have direct supervision of stand leads and hourly staff. Employee will also directly support the Director of Concessions in the implementation and compliance of all policy and procedures. - Concession Stand Prep and Line Cooks
Employee will follow recipe guidelines, will be knowledgeable on menu items and the proper cooking of menu items specific to position, will practice proper paper product control and handling, and thoroughly complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities. - Steward/Dishwasher
Employee will follow proper pot sink set up and procedures, will follow proper procedures for dishwashing and will thoroughly complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities. - Suite Pantry Coordinator
Employee will follow steps of service, understands content of menu, establishes rapport with guests/members and organizes work and assigns staff to achieve maximum results. Follows and completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities and assists others as needed. Employee will also complete all paperwork accurately and in timely manner. - Suite Attendant
Employee follows steps of service to include adhering to responsible alcohol service policies, food safety and sanitation practices, and complete suite station set-up and breakdown procedures. Employee will be knowledgeable of all menu items and reconcile suite inventory. Employee will establish rapport with his/her suite guests and effectively use suggestive and upselling techniques. - Suite Runner
In support of the venue’s Suites, employee will follow steps of service, understand content of menu, will establish rapport with Suite guests/members, and will be requested to lift and/or transport service trays/food from kitchen to the suites.
